The Founder’s Message
“Issues of humanity are close to my heart. Uplifting communities, especially the villages of Moutse where I come from, has always been my mission. I carried the name ‘Endeavour’ in my heart for a very long time because it represents who I am. I don’t give up on my dreams, and that is the guiding principle for Endeavour Community Development Centre. We are going to endeavour to uplift our communities.
Having been born and raised in the village, I know first-hand the challenges my people face in accessing quality education, development resources, and basic services. Community upliftment requires us to be courageous enough to step up and do our best to make a difference. Maya Angelou says, ‘When you know, teach. When you have, give.'”

About Endeavour Community Development Centre
Founded in 2023 by Rebone Rose Magolego, Endeavour Community Development Centre is dedicated to empowering the community of Moutse through education, skills development, and support services. Through our educational and skills development programmes, we proudly stand alongside this vibrant community, offering the resources and support needed to unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable livelihoods.

Our Objectives
- Career Guidance and Mentorship: Provide students with career guidance, mentorship, and motivation, supported by professionals from various fields. We focus on building essential communication, leadership, and ethical skills to prepare them for higher learning and the work environment.
- Computer Literacy: Offer computer literacy classes to the community, with a focus on students, to equip them for further education and job opportunities.
- After-School Support and Safe Spaces: Through the Endeavour Library, provide children with a safe and creative space to study, read, and hang out after school.
- Sports and Recreation: Promote physical and mental well-being through sports and recreational activities to support the community's overall health.
- Women’s Development and Empowerment: Equip women with skills in areas such as agriculture and small business management to enhance their employability and support economic independence.
- Support Groups for Women: Create support groups for women to connect, share, and find emotional support in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Community Library and Safe Learning Spaces: Through our community library, offer a secure environment for reading, learning, and socialising, especially for young people.
- Environmental Awareness: Run programmes to raise awareness of environmental sustainability, focusing on conservation, cleanliness, and the preservation of natural resources like vegetation, water, and wildlife for future generations.
- Community Support: Be a reliable source of support for our community, offering guidance and assistance through various challenges.
Empowering the Youth
We support the development of students and children by providing access to education, career guidance, computer literacy, and after-school programs. By nurturing their potential, we aim to prepare the next generation for higher learning and employment.
Supporting Women
Through skills development and support groups, we empower women to pursue employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, providing them with the tools to become self-sufficient and leaders within the community.
Sustainable Livelihoods
We help the community build sustainable futures by offering agricultural training, promoting environmental conservation, and encouraging entrepreneurship, creating pathways for economic growth and poverty alleviation.
