2nd Annual Career Day – 26-27 July 2024

Held at Ramatsetse Primary School, which currently serves as the temporary home of Endeavour Community Development Centre, the 2nd Annual Career Day was endorsed by the Moutse Central School Circuit. This event provided Grade 11 and 12 learners with direct guidance and support from professionals across various fields, as well as representatives from Institutions of Higher Learning.

The Career Day aimed to inspire and prepare learners for future success by:

• Encouraging them to achieve marks that qualify for admission into institutions of higher learning.
• Offering insights into their chosen career paths, including detailed explanations of various professions.
• Motivating and validating their goals and dreams.

Preparing them for the realities of the work environment, with advice on:

• Requirements and expectations of different fields.
• Challenges and benefits associated with various careers.
• Essential qualities for success within their chosen professions.
